During the course of a lease, we will likely access your property for repair or maintenance tasks and we’ll use that opportunity to inspect the property for unreported issues.
Additionally, we schedule routine property surveys to see how the tenants are maintaining the property. We verify the air filters are being changed, that smoke and CO2 alarms are operational and that there are no unexpected hazards or defects within the property.
We will also conduct a complete inspection prior to extending or renewing an existing lease. This is designed to protect you and your rental property from litigation claims and losses. The clause allowing us to make periodic inspections of the property is written into the property lease agreement.
